Every unprotected penetration is a future repair
Pipes, conduit and line sets pass through stucco walls on nearly every project. In the field the opening is usually core-drilled, taped or patched, with nothing built to protect it.
- No expansion allowance: rigid plaster is packed against a pipe that moves.
- No seal against pests or water: gaps invite moisture, insects and rodents into the wall.
- No pipe centering: nothing holds the pipe stable in the opening.
- No corrosion or insulation protection: pipe, lath and insulation sit in direct contact with cement plaster.

A purpose-built joint for every round penetration
It’s reversible for traditional stucco or elastomeric finishes. Seals out pests, corrosion, and protects pipe insulation. Two models cover penetrations from 3/8 of an inch up to 4 and a half inches for stucco siding, concrete, and CMU walls.
Expansion & contraction
Multiple concentric flexible rings absorb movement at the penetration.
Seals out pests
Helps reduce insect and rodent infestation and nesting.
Pipe centering
Centers and stabilizes pipes in framed, concrete or CMU walls.
Corrosion & insulation
Corrosion/electrolysis resistant; protects pipes and insulation.
The difference is right at the penetration

Unprotected drilled hole: nothing between the stucco and the pipe.

Ring set in stucco, not yet drilled.
